Spinach Avocado Dip

A creamy, delicious snack dip that's loaded with three incredible superfoods.


  • 2 avocados
  • 8 oz. spinach
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 c. tomatoes
  • 1 box Wheat Melba Toast
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add avocados, spinach, garlic, lemon juice and cumin to a blender or food processor. Pulse on high until all ingredients are incorporated.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in chopped tomatoes and serve with Old London® Wheat Melba Toasts.
