A zesty, low-sodium treat that is the perfect complement to your favorite Old London® Melba Snacks. Add a cucumber slice on top and serve!


  • 1 ½ c. chickpeas
  • 13 c. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dill
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • ¼ tsp. turmeric
  • 1 box Roasted Garlic Melba Snacks
  • 1 cucumber


  1. Put chickpeas, lemon juice, dill, garlic, cumin and turmeric in a blender. Blend briefly until creamy.
  2. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator. Serve with Old London Melba Snacks and thinly sliced cucumbers.
