Re-energize your body with this perfect workout snack. It combines the wholesome goodness of our Whole Grain Melba Toast with the energizing properties of goji berries and potassium enriched figs.

Ingredients

  • ½ c. ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • Whole Grain Melba Toast
  • 3 rehydrated figs
  • 1 handful dried goji berries

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the ricotta cheese with the granulated sugar.
  2. Spread onto the Melba toast, and top with slices of fig and goji berries.
