A light shrimp and cucumber snack on Melba toast that's easy and fun for any occasion.
- 40-50 small salad shrimp, cooked
- 1 ½ tsp. fresh dill
- 1 ½ tsp. green onions
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- 1 box Classic Melba Toast
- Combine first three ingredients in a bowl to make the shrimp salad.
- Place a slice of cucumber followed by a spoonful of the salad on each Melba toast.
- Keep chilled until ready to eat.
