A light shrimp and cucumber snack on Melba toast that's easy and fun for any occasion.


  • 40-50 small salad shrimp, cooked
  • 1 ½ tsp. fresh dill
  • 1 ½ tsp. green onions
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • 1 box Classic Melba Toast


  1. Combine first three ingredients in a bowl to make the shrimp salad.
  2. Place a slice of cucumber followed by a spoonful of the salad on each Melba toast.
  3. Keep chilled until ready to eat.
