Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Dip

Ingredients
- 1 box Everything Flatbread
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese plus additional for garnish
- 1 chicken breast
- 10 oz. cream of mushroom soup (1 10-oz. can)
- 1 ½ c. frozen chopped broccoli
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Process two pieces of flatbread until they appear to look like fine breadcrumbs.
In a nonstick baking dish, combine the processed flatbread pieces, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, the shredded chicken breast, the cream of mushroom soup and the 1 ½ cups of chopped broccoli.
Bake for 30 minutes. Place a spoonful of dip onto each piece of flatbread. Use the ¼ cup of cheese for garnish on each piece if desired. Serve hot.
