  • 1 box Everything Flatbread
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese plus additional for garnish
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 10 oz. cream of mushroom soup (1 10-oz. can)
  • 1 ½ c. frozen chopped broccoli


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Process two pieces of flatbread until they appear to look like fine breadcrumbs.
  3. In a nonstick baking dish, combine the processed flatbread pieces, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, the shredded chicken breast, the cream of mushroom soup and the 1 ½ cups of chopped broccoli.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Place a spoonful of dip onto each piece of flatbread. Use the ¼ cup of cheese for garnish on each piece if desired. Serve hot.
