Avocado toast has been all the rage this year! Cut the carbs with our version of this tasty snack.


  • ½ avocado
  • 7 Grain Flatbread
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ tomato, sliced
  • Feta cheese
  • Alfalfa sprouts


  1. Start by lightly mashing the avocado in a bowl. Break Old London® 7 Grain Flatbread into desired size.

  2. Spread avocado onto the flatbread and top with alfalfa sprouts, sliced tomato and crumbled feta cheese, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste!
