The Sabroso ![]() ![]() Printer Friendly Version Serves 6-8 Gently Mix: 5-6 Prawns, cooked properly and roughly cut into pieces 1/8 Cup Bermuda Onion (red onion), finely diced 1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper, finely diced 1 Tablespoon fresh Oregano, finely diced 1/2 Cup fresh Spinach, finely chopped To each Mediterranean International Toast, add approx. 1 Tablespoon of the Prawn Salad. For added Mediterranean flavor, add crumbled feta cheese and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil Note: Prawns are fresh water large shrimp, and are rather colorful when uncooked. It is suggested to boil 6-8 prawns in salted water for approx. 5 minutes. Cooked Prawns will become light red-orange and the meat will become opaque. Make sure to fully cook the Prawns. Keep chilled until ready to eat |
