Serves 1 as a snack

1-3oz packet of smoked salmon
Cream Cheese Spread: Mix thoroughly
     2 oz Light Cream Cheese
     1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
     1 teaspoon Minced Garlic

Smear the cream cheese spread onto Rye Melba Snacks, top with small chunk of smoked salmon (or sliced Lox)

For added flare, garnish with julienne sprigs of lime zest or green pepper
