Cool Shrimp

Serves 4


40-50 small salad shrimp, fully cooked (110-160 count)
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon thin sliced green onion (green part only)
1-2 cucumbers, sliced

To each Classic Melba Toast, place a slice of cucumber followed by a spoon full of the shrimp salad
For added flare, add a pinch of fresh tarragon to the salad

Keep chilled until ready to eat
